You have to ask for help and communicate though. That is acknowledged as being human and more than okay by the staff and owners. You may feel overwhelmed and at times may not feel so peppy. There will be extremely busy times where you won't be able to complete administrative work. Burn's hours are very early, and there is a demand for a certain pep to have at all moments. Being a Key BA is beyond fun, but you have to be good with time management. ![]() The Hardest Part of the Job: Time management. That is how the team has remained stable. ![]() Communicate everything (professionally and appropriately of course), and be present with active listening. Drama is rarely an issue, and many are happy with the atmosphere there. Workplace Culture: The workplace culture is very upbeat and positive. Not only is the team a family, but so are the members who join Burn Leesburg. One of their goals was to create an environment where everyone feels safe, supportive, and motivated, and they did just that. Management: The franchise partners at Burn Boot Camp Leesburg are absolutely amazing. What I Learned: I had the opportunity of learning more about leadership, operations, business, marketing, content management, etc. Typical Day: Maintaining the gym's cleanliness and functioning, social media management, having the answers to most questions, leading by example, building relationships with members, managing accounts, etc. Greet members with high energy and excitement and keep them focused and inspired throughout their camps. I had to set up equipment if I trained the first camps or clean up and put away equipment if I trained the last camps. Typically I had 2-4 camps to train and they can be very fast paced or on strength days it’s a little slower and more of a serious feel. What is a typical day like for you at the company? You will need to come into work with high energy and a positive attitude no matter what your home life is. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Small children get sick often and I have a 9yo and a 2yo. I have 4 children and it was extremely difficult to get coverage when one was sick. Not suggested if you have Small children. You mist be willing to commit to covering your shifts with very limited ability for time off. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The members are AMAZING and it’s a LOT of fun training there! ![]() What is the best part of working at the company? ![]()
